Egg Biryani made easy!

An easy twist to the traditional hyderabadi biryani, with equally good taste.

So, lets get started ! :)
serves 4-5 persons
Ingredients

7 eggs (boiled and pierce it with fork)
2cups Basmati rice
1cup yogurt
2 onions (finely sliced)
1/2 bowl mint leaves (pudhina)
1/2 bowl coriander leaves (kothmir)
4 green (chillies finely chopped)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1tsp red chilly powder
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2tsp garam masala
salt to taste
4tbsp ghee

Instructions

Cook rice with salt (according to your taste) and keep aside.

In another pot heat 3tbsp ghee, add onions, cook till slightly brown.

Add ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, coriander leaves,green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, and garam masala, stir and cook for 2-3minutes.

Add the eggs, let it cook foranother 2-3minutes.

Now add the cooked basmati rice and mix evenly with the eggs and masala.

Pour 1tbsp ghee over the rise.

Cover and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Tadaaa! The Egg Biryani is ready!
